How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel store subscriptions through your device’s app store. External prepaid access simply expires at period end, while eligible external auto-renew plans can be managed from the online billing flow.

What if I cannot use Google Play or the App Store billing?
Contact support and include your account email, device type, and country. We will guide you to the correct secure checkout path for your account.
Why don’t I see Premium after purchase?
Make sure you are signed in with the same Prognozza account you used for purchase. Then refresh the app or restore purchases. If Premium still does not appear, contact support with your account email and device details.
