01 Acceptance of terms
By installing, accessing or using Prognozza ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02 What Prognozza is
Prognozza is an AI-powered sports predictions and analytics product. We provide daily picks, match analysis, head-to-head Beat-AI duels and an in-app rewards economy (PZ points). Prognozza is not a bookmaker, does not accept wagers and does not hold gambling funds.
03 Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You agree not to misuse, manipulate, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.
- You will use predictions and analysis at your own discretion and risk, and only where doing so is legal where you live.
04 Premium & billing
Premium features can be unlocked through in-app purchase, web checkout or by redeeming PZ points in the in-app PZ Store. Billing is handled by the App Store, Google Play or our payment partners. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account. Refunds follow the policy of the platform that processed the purchase.
05 PZ points & rewards
PZ points are an in-app currency earned through Beat-AI duels, daily streaks and challenges. PZ can be redeemed for Premium passes, official merchandise and (subject to a minimum threshold and verification) cash-out. PZ have no monetary value outside the service, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may expire or be adjusted in cases of fraud, abuse or error.

06 Disclaimer
Predictions and analytics are provided for informational and entertainment use only. We do not guarantee outcomes, profits or match results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including any wagers placed with third-party operators.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prognozza is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including financial losses from third-party gambling activities.
08 Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the rewards system, or use the service in violation of applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and contacting us to delete your account.
09 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Effective" date above and, when changes are material, notify users in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
