01 Acceptance of terms
By installing, accessing or using Prognozza ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02 What Prognozza is
Prognozza combines sports analysis with Beat AI duels, official leagues and challenges between players. It does not accept real-money entries or operate a cash-prize betting service.
03 Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You agree not to misuse, manipulate, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.
- You will use predictions and analysis at your own discretion and risk, and only where doing so is legal where you live.
04 Premium & billing
Premium is available through paid subscriptions or Premium passes. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the provider that bills them. PZ-purchased passes start immediately and do not renew automatically; another can be purchased after expiry. Earned passes wait for manual activation. Refunds follow the billing provider’s policy.
05 PZ points & rewards
PZ is earned in official leagues and Beat AI. Challenges between players redistribute the PZ entered by participants; they do not create additional PZ. Use PZ for profile cosmetics, Premium passes and optional challenge entries. PZ has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for goods or money.
Official leagues are free to enter. Each league lists its season rewards and conditions under Rewards and rules. An official jersey is a separate prize for the season winner, not an item redeemed with PZ. The winner chooses a team from that league and an available manufacturer size. Prognozza contacts the winner after the season and arranges worldwide delivery.
06 Disclaimer
Predictions and analytics are provided for informational and entertainment use only. We do not guarantee outcomes, profits or match results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including any wagers placed with third-party operators.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prognozza is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including financial losses from third-party gambling activities.
08 Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the rewards system, or use the service in violation of applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and contacting us to delete your account.
09 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Effective" date above and, when changes are material, notify users in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
