Prognozza collects information you provide directly — including account details, language and sport preferences, and usage data — to deliver app functionality, improve our predictions, and support secure account access. We also collect technical data such as device type and crash diagnostics so we can keep the app stable.
02 How we use your information
We use your information to personalise your daily slate, improve our AI models, maintain account security, support billing and Premium access, run the Beat-AI Duel and PZ Store, and communicate important service updates. We do not sell your personal data.
03 Data security
We use industry-standard security to protect personal information in transit and at rest. No system is risk-free, but we work to keep your data protected and report material incidents in line with applicable law.
04 Third-party services
We work with trusted third parties — including Firebase for authentication and infrastructure, analytics providers, payment processors (App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat) and crash-reporting tools. Each is bound by its own privacy practices and processes only the minimum data needed.
05 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we'll respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
06 Children
Prognozza is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we'll act accordingly.
07 Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify users where required. Continued use of Prognozza after a change means you accept the updated policy.
